Anyone else on T-Mo still stuck on the February update?

I ordered the 256 GB S21 Ultra in Phantom Brown with the S-Pen yesterday. While I wait, this S10+ I’m using on T-Mobile is still stuck on the February update. Is this a known issue? I also notice that images and videos take a while to load or play while on WiFi. When I toggle WiFi off, images load instantly and videos play as normal. What’s going on? This phone is in otherwise pristine condition. I’m glad it’s getting traded in.
