AT&T not recognizing my AT&T device

My S21 ultra is showing up as 5G BYOD smartphone on AT&T. I recently switched from iPhone to Samsung. I’ve spoke to many representatives and they can’t see to figure out what is going on. They even acknowledge that it shows up on there end as an AT&T device. I fear that since it’s not showing up properly it’s keeping me from getting software updates. I’m still on Android 11 September 1 2021 security patch.
