Can’t access My Verizon

Every time I try to access MV, I get an "Unfortunately My Verizon has stopped" message. Verizon was no help- restart the phone, remove the battery, etc.
I guess it’s something more systemic. I just noticed it today. I tried uninstalling some other apps that I installed recently but no luck. The bozo at Verizon suggested uninstalling MV and reinstalling but he should have known that it was pre-installed and could not be uninstalled.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
