Galaxy S8 – Won’t send text or takes a long time to send

AT&T, A couple weeks ago my S8 started having issues sending Text. Some text go through fine. Others spin and won’t send. try again and again, sometimes it sends. Sometimes it will not send at all.

– Replaced SIM card
– Reset Network settings
– Factory reset phone

AT&T Support:
– I have called them 3 times, no success.
– Each time they tell me they are escalating the issue, but I never get a call back.
