I can’t update my phone once reverted back to stock firmware after rooting.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Here’s the problem. I rooted my Note 9 a while back. I wanted to try ASOP roms, while I like the experience in general, there was just a lot I was giving up such as camera performance and samsung features. I decided to go back to stock firmware. I precisely remember I was on the august security patch before I rooted. So, I flash the stock firmware, Australian version, through odin and I checked I was on the July security patch. Now, I realized that September patch is also rolling out yet I am still stuck on July patch. There is just no update showing. It says its already update. I have already certified my device by play protect again, if some of you think that may be the problem. So, now what do I do?
