Is there a way to broadcast all app sounds over Bluetooth?

I’m seeking to get all phone sounds to play over bluetooth through my car’s system. Specifically, I’d like to hear Android Auto, so I can hear road directions and be able to get my messages read. Unfortunately, solutions like Tune2air are only for broadcasting music.
