Moto G4: Multiple Apps keep crashing in background and can’t open many of them.

I’ve tried all the common fixes:
Reboot, Force stop apps, Clear cache and data of apps, Reinstall apps, Clear phones cache, Check for app & phone updates.
Only option left is to factory reset but I don’t want to do this. Just started today, no updates or anything seemed to cause the issue. Any help is appreciated!
