Motorola phone stuck at 1%. Please help.

I know it seems rather common, but my phone doesn’t charge after it reaches 1%.

I tried to change my charger chord and plug several times and the problem persists, so it might be on the phone.

I’ve downloaded the app ‘Ampere’ to check how much mA is being passed when charging and I’ve noticed that after a bit, it goes to 0. Which might mean that the cellphone refuses to charge after some threshold, idk.

There’s just one more thing: I used the plug to charge a JBL (changed the chord), and then when I switched back the chord to charge my phone, the problem started.

Maybe it caused something to my plug that ended up damaging my phone? Will I have to change the battery?
