I activated a reward offer via Google pay. Submitted the claim and after more than two months of dispute reviewing with ‘experts’ they claim the activation happened after the transaction. I asked for activation and transaction time, they shared it after multiple days. I confirmed that the transaction time they have was not real. I sent them proof for the bank and no matter how I contact them: mail, chat, call. I just receive the same answer that the transaction happened before activation. This is so frustrating, how can I elevate?
