New compateble phone New sim anf locked qlink

Hi getting a constant pop-up message
"the sim had locked please power cycle device call customer service if problem persists" on a newly purchased unlocked
Samsung A10s (SM-A107M) as replacement on existing qlink service
Made sure IMEI compatible
put in SIM from old phone
and it seemed to work fine
but replaced it with a new upgraded SIM I just had received from QLink few days lster
reset the network settings a couple times at first you would not connect with error- "not registered on network" I then manually added APN with qlink values provided online
I have reached their support after 4.5hour hold was offered an option to be without service for a week till I receive new sim or
Get transfered to tech support and resolve issue now…
Got disconnected on 3d hour hold
Today was on hold till 6pm cutoff
Not complaining just trying to find solution myself if possible
Please help unlock Sim
