I’ve seen posts mentioning a toggle switch within the menu, people have the option to select a 5g inclusive mode under the mobile networks option, but I don’t have any of that.
Is there a secret menu ie dial **12345** etc ?
Samsung techs told me to take it into a shop to diagnose but the closest one is 75 miles away.
Oh and I recently traveled to Los Angeles ca, Phoenix AZ, the SF Bay Area, all huge urban areas with plenty of 5G towers (confirmed with multiple people using 5g on Verizon, attention, and metro pcs/tmobile. Not once did I EVER get 5g, only 4glte+
Something has to be wrong.
