Ring Central issues

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 & Note 20 Ultra
I just traded un my Note8 for the 20 Ultra. I’m happy with the phone but notice that Ring Central (Zoom’s big brother for business) freezes on me. That NEVER happened with the 8. Its a job related app so I need to figure out pretty quickly what’s going on. Is there a setting adjustment that will cure this?
