Recieved my S21ULTRA last night, got it all set up and running, this morning I was looking at my GB amount and it said 128. Last week I ordered the 256 GB, while on the phone with the Sales Rep I told her that’s what I wanted, the sale was completed and I was finally satisfied that I got the 256 GB instead of 128 GB. I signed the online contract and somehow overlooked that she ordered the wrong one. This is the 3rd and finally screw up that I’ve faced with them. There wasn’t even an idea or conversation from the lady that I wasn’t recieving the 256 GB. Unfortunately since I didn’t look at the order better they won me over. Spectrum Sales sucks, beware and read your orders at least 2 to 3 times before acknowledging it!!!
