I’ve searched everywhere, called tech support, taken it in to techs. It was bad enough you can’t activate a replacement phone now without it requiring a text to your phone number before you can use the new phone to receive texts. We don’t lock our phones. To get into settings in Pay you have to lock the screen. Fine, turns off, no issues. As soon as I remove security though, it reverts to default again and requires screen lock. Any ideas? Note 10+ btw.
