Visual voicemail issue finally solve on tmobil

I went to set up my new s21 ultra, and all went flawlessly except visual voicemail. I kept getting a "set up on another account" message, even though I’m using my old sim card. So after spending over an hour with T-mobile, who couldn’t solve the problem, I went to goigle play, downloaded the METRO BY T-MOBILE APP which is identicle to the tmo. Then I uninstalled the tmo VV app and everything is working. Hey tmo, GET WITH IT WITH VISUAL VOICEMAIL. A LOT OF UNHAPPLY PEOPLE.
