I have a Samsung A 11 android phone on a Verizon calling plan. At our remote home, we have hard wired Spectrum internet and phone service. The Verizon service is so weak there that the phone will not work. I did some research and found out how to set the phone up to use the Spectrum wifi to be able to make phone calls. I checked the settings multiple times to make sure they were right, and the phone has verified that it’s receiving a strong Spectrum signal. Nevertheless, every time I try to make a call, I receive the message that I need to connect the phone to a wifi network. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon this morning, and it was a waste of time. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.
