BTW before you ask yes I’ve reset the network settings as well as added the Metro by T-Mobile Access Point Name, several times.
I recently bought a Samsung note 8 that was originally Verizon but had been network unlocked and I am now using it with my Metro by T-Mobile service. But from the very start when I switched to this phone I have not been able to use my mobile data. I have called metro SO many times and they’ve done all the troubleshooting they can possibly do but still nothing. It says it’s connected and there’s even the 4G LTE in the top right corner with full bars. It’s so frustrating cuz I love this phone but nobody can tell me whats wrong. Somebody please help!!! 🥺😥
